What is your return policy?
We have a no questions asked return policy at any time for any reason. We will take back any item in unused condition for any reason for a full refund. Please remember due to the nature of the item we are selling, you cannot return clearly used items for a refund but there is no time limit for the return of unused items.
If you have any questions or problems with your purchase, please contact us! Don't ever think that you are stuck with something that you aren't happy with. We'd rather lose the sale and have a happy customer than take a little money. Thanks!
How much is shipping?
Shipping anywhere in the United States is free. Shipping to other countries are a flat rate based on your country and you can find this information prior to checkout. Some countries are required to ship US Express Mail (EMS). We are sorry about that but your normal Postal Service is not reliable enough to send regular mail. Please contact us if your country is one of those and we'd be happy to work with you.
How long does shipping take?
US shipments typical take about 1-3 days depending on your location from us. There is no guaranteed delivery time for international (non-US) shipments. International shipments typically take 5-7 days to countries with reliable Postal Services. However, non-US shipments can take up to 21 business days in some countries in South America and Europe. We have no control over this. If you know your Postal Service is unreliable, please contact us and we can work with you.
Are discounts available?
Yes, we do offer discounts for multiple item purchases. We consider 4 or more items to qualify. Discounts vary depending on what item you are interested in. Please contact us if you are going to purchase more than 4 items.
How is the quality of the items you sell?
We get this question a lot as you can imagine and its a very difficult question to answer not because we think our quality levels aren't up there, but because every individual person has their own definition of it and we have come to realize that its impossible to make 100% of your customers happy no matter what you do.
With that said, we are very very happy with the quality of the items we sell. We are a small group of timepiece enthusiasts probably not unlike you and wanted more inexpensive options to customize our timepieces. We proudly use our products every day without reservation and we think that 99% of our customers agree with us that everything we sell is really really nice.
However there will always be that small percentage of customers that we cannot satisfy no matter how good a product is. For these (and all) customers, we are happy to take back any of our products at any time for any reason.
Why do you sell here instead of opening a "real" online store?
The simple answer is that we didn't start this to retire rich. We started this to help other owners out that wanted some fair priced alternatives to what's out there. So that means not investing heavily on a fancy site.
The other reason why we like it here is that it allows new customers to see how we treat our customers via feedback or ratings that are allowed here. We treat everyone as honestly and fairly as possible and help out people with questions the best we can even if they don't buy anything. If you want to leave us feedback, we aren't afraid of it because we know we did everything we could to earn a positive one. The small small handful (actually you can still count it on one hand) of negatives are from people that for whatever reason didn't like our products, we told them we'd happily take it back and fully refund, but they kept them anyway. Go figure.
Are your items "real"?
We produce and supply aftermarket items only. We are upfront and price all our items as such.
If you are looking for OEM items and want to pay 3x-5x what you see here on a little piece of leather or rubber, you are free to do so, just not here. We believe you are like 98% of our customers who are OK with spending on a nice timepiece but can't figure out why straps and buckles are so expensive. This is how we got started. Typically, our customers buy and use our products as the daily wear and leave their OEM straps in the box. We are upfront with our customers with this regard and let our customers decide whether our items are for them or not.
